General Questions
Are your items handmade?
Yes! 99.9% of our items are designed and made by Laura herself or her fabby mum Diane!
Laura makes all of the products with a heavy focus on the resin side and also any pop up or event displays. With a degree in product design she also draws and creates all of the exclusive fabric options!
Diane is a long time sewing enthusiast and helps will all of the sewing projects from our clothing selection to your fave hair accessories!
We are a family business after all!
Our Hair claws are designed in house from shape, to colour collection to branding on the clip - we then use a third party and their awesome machinery to bring our hair claws to life!
Are you products suitable for Vegans?
The answer is yes!! Even our satin scrunchies!
All of our silky feel scrunchies are actually made from Satin which is a composition of polyester and nylon (rather than silk from the silk worm).
But don't panic they still pack a punch and come with all the amazing benefits for you hair that silk scrunchies offer!
What type of scrunchie should I buy?
We have three types of scrunchie and choosing your perfect one has never been easier!
Our Classic scrunchies are suitable for all hair types. They have a normal to relaxed hold with a thinner elastic. These ones are suitable for sleeping in if you wear your hear in a low loose style.
Our Wide elastic scrunchies have a much stronger hold! Made from a wider thicker elastic they are suitable for longer or thicker hair or for anyone looking for a scrunchie that won't budge! Not suitable for sleeping.
Our XL scrunchies are the biggest and baddest we do - suitable for all hair types with an extra strong hold and double wrap ability these cuties give such an EXTRA vibe to any hairstyle and will hold all day long! They look cute in high ponys or over buns!
What is a Gym & Swim Scrunchie?
These are one of Laura's personal faves, they are just like your bathing suits or gym wear - quick drying and moisture wicking scrunchies meaning they are perfect for using in the pool or at the gym!
Due to being made from Swimwear fabrics they are suitable for use in chlorinated or salty water, won't lose their colour quickly and can be machine washed along with your cozzie!
Please note that some of our G&S scrunchies are made using sparkly quick dry fabric that will eventually wear the sparkle with repeated use or over washing.
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes! We make all of our earrings using hypoallergenic findings plated in a gold or silver - check the individual listings to identify the plating type.
We don't use nickel in our jewellery and for any allergy questions just contact us and we will be happy to help!
Are your headbands comfy?
They are the comfiest headband you will ever wear!
We make our headbands by hand using flexible headbands. Not only does this mean that they are suitable for any age and any head shape but it also means they won't press into the pressure points behind your ears - say goodbye to headband headache!

Accessory Care
How do I wash my scrunchie?
For best results We recommend hand-washing your scrunchies in a bowl of warm water with a mild detergent - this will help keep the fabric in great condition and prolong colour fade on any cotton fabrics.
If you choose to machine wash your scrunchies -
Place your scrunchie in a laundry bag, net bag or even in an empty pillow case! Put them in on a similar colour wash cycle!
If you can wash them on the delicate cycle or choose the hand wash option on your machine.
Choose warm or cold water with the lowest spin cycle possible - we recommend 30 degree temp or lower.
When they are damp you can gently twist them back around to their original shape and leave them to air dry flat!
DO NOT Irong or tumble dry your scrunchies!
How do I take care of my hair clips?
Our hair clips are hand made using resin meaning they are quite durable however our clips are still metal so we advised keeping them away from water.
If you get hair products like hairspray on your clips just give them a wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a microfibre towel or cloth.
How to take care of my earrings?
Our earrings are all handmade costume pieces, avoid getting them wet, don't spray them with perfume and make sure to take them out before physical activity and sleeping!

What size range do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes in our dresses -
Full smock dresses are available from sizes 6 to 22 (Female sizing)
Our T-shirt smocks are made using unisex t-shirts and range from sizing XS to 6XL
We try our best to be as inclusive as possible and whilst we are not currently fully size inclusive we very much ask for feedback in terms of our sizing so we can learn how to make the right fit for you!
What type of fit do your dresses have?
All of our dresses are designed to be an oversized fit.
If you prefer an oversized fit we recommend choosing your current clothing size.
If you prefer a tighter fit we recommend sizing one size down - please note that with our t-shirt smocks, the t-shirts are made with a jersey tee fabric and can cling a little bit more to your body that our cotton smocks do.
What fabrics do you use?
We use mostly 100% in all of our dresses.
In our t-shirt smocks the tees are made from 100% organic cotton which is Vegan friendly.
How do I wash my dress?
We recommend washing your dresses with similar colours by hand.
You can machine wash your dress on a delicate or hand wash setting on a low temp and spin cycle.
DO NOT tumble dry your dress, if you pop it on a hanger and hang it up to air dry it will keep its shape and will not shrink.
We recommend ironing on a low hear inside out. If you are ironing over one of our pocket prints we recommend placing a pillowcase over the design before ironing.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Processing times are as follows-
Orders containing Hair accessories 1 - 2 weeks
Orders containing Earrings
up to 3 weeks
Orders containing Dresses 4 - 6 weeks
The length of processing time varies due to the majority of our stock being made to order, sometimes we have the stock readily available and can ship earlier and we try our best to have everything made and shipped as quickly as possible!
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK and Internationally - if you have any issues at checkout drop us a message!
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping depends on the option you choose -
For UK shipping We offer all orders Royal Mail standard shipping which takes a minimum of 3-5 working days but this can be up to 10 working days.
You can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail 1st class delivery or Evri Next day delivery.
DO note that delivery time is additional to processing time!
How do I track my order?
You can only track your order if you have selected the Evri Next Day option where you will be provided with a tracking number to your email address upon confirmation of collection from Evri themselves.
Please note - neither 2nd or 1st Class Royal mail options include tracking.
