Shipping policy
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE, ANY ORDERS PLACED FROM FRIDAY 16TH MAY WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 6 WEEKS TO BE PROCESSED AND ADDITIONAL TIME FOR POSTAGE METHOD CHOSEN.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 3 - 5 days to process all orders that do not contain 'Made to Order' items, it's then 8 - 10 weeks for all dress and clothing orders, as lots of these items are handmade to order it can take me that little bit longer to get things absolutely perfect for you! I work super hard to make sure I am as efficient as possible so I can have your items ready in no time! Please also be aware that public holidays may cause processing time to be longer.
Any orders containing EXCLUSIVE DESIGN fabrics take a minimum of 6 weeks and can be delayed due to fabric printing times, if we are made aware of a delay we will notify you of this. Refunds will not be granted due to delays so please bare this in mind when purchasing your product - these can not be ordered for rush delivery.

£3 on orders under £15
Free on orders £15 or over
3 - 5 working days minimum delivery time - (this can be up to 10 working days)
PLEASE NOTE - this can be subject to change dependant on royal mail services and strikes. Please be aware shipping time is added to processing time and is not inclusive, your items will not be shipped from the day of order and processing times should be checked when purchasing from us.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes absolutely! You can opt to upgrade your shipping during checkout, the cost is then calculated based on your selected option.
We offer upgrades to -
Royal Mail 24 hr tracked - £4.00 Minimum
This is just delivery time and is additional to processing time.
On the rare occasion things are delayed my end I will ALWAYS upgrade you for free!

Apart from above exceptions - we do ship to the rest of the world! There is a charge which is calculated at checkout dependent on location however this will be free on orders of £60 or above.
Please again allow for processing time as well as delivery time.
We will not be held responsible for additional charges or tax.
Do you offer collection?
Yes we do! FREE collection is available for anyone who is happy to come to our studio address and this can be selected at checkout. Details of collection address with then be emailed to yourself with a lot to collect when your item is ready.
Please note that these items still have the sam processing time as others.
